花旗參荷包雞湯

2012年許氏花旗參創意食譜大賽得獎作品 首獎

[材料]

花旗參 2支 雞 1隻
枸己 10粒 紅棗 10粒
蜜棗 2粒 香菇 4朵
玉米粒 半湯匙 蛋白 1個
蔥或韭菜 1條

[調味料]

鹽及胡椒

[作法]

  1. 將花旗參,雞,枸己,紅棗,蜜棗煲煮約2小時
  2. 將花旗參蒸軟(或直接使用新鮮參)與一塊雞胸肉,香菇,玉米切粒,加入鹽 和胡椒調味炒熟
  3. 將蛋白用慢火煎成薄塊後,放入食材2,以蔥或韭菜綑綁成荷包模樣
  4. 置於碗中倒入參雞湯即可
