許氏2015年名廚風雲會參展食譜

[材料]

花旗參、排骨、雞做濃湯、刺參(預發好)、豆苗。

[做法]

用做好的濃湯放入預發好的刺參煨以花旗參,等到入味,將刺參與花旗參擺盤,豆苗做盤飾,刺參有花旗參味,加上濃湯內的肉味,形成參香美味。

主廚35年以上,專精粵菜,擅長海鮮及各式川揚料理。
