花旗參炖野鴿

許氏2015年名廚風雲會參展食譜

[材料]

野鴿兩只(收拾乾淨剁成四塊)、花旗參(切片)、紅棗(去核)、薑(切片)、桂圓肉。

[ 做法]

先將鴿子飛水,然後用溫水將鴿子沖洗乾淨,與花旗參,紅棗,薑,桂圓一同放入炖盅中加水蓋好蓋子,隔水炖3小時,食前加少許鹽即可。
