燕窩白玉捲

許氏2015年名廚風雲會參展食譜

[材料]

蛋白、燕窩、蜜糖、花旗參粉。

[ 做法]

先將蛋白皮煎好備用。然後把燕窩加入蜜糖及花旗參粉,用蛋白皮包好上碟完成。凍熱食皆可。
