[材料]

蜜餞、花旗參、神戶牛柳粒、龍蝦。

[做法]

神戶牛柳切粒煎香,龍蝦起肉切粒狀爆香。將花旗參煨以蜂蜜,蒜片炸脆,加海鹽,一起與牛柳粒與龍蝦球調拌。
