絲瓜、香菇、筍、紅.黃甜椒、花旗參

香菇、筍、紅.黃甜椒、花旗參切條備用。絲瓜一開二去籽,提煉花旗參高湯備用。絲瓜包入香菇、筍、紅.黃甜椒、花旗參蒸煮,將花旗參高湯勾薄芡後完成。
