花旗參炒雙鮮

刺參、日月貝、花旗參條、西芹、薑片、蒜片、蔥段、米酒、雞湯、雞粉、蠔油、紹興酒、太白粉、香油

花旗參加入米酒蒸1小時備用。刺參切6份,用雞粉、蠔油、紹興酒、雞湯煨20分鐘,使海參入味增加口感。日月貝川燙2分鐘取出備用。將蔥、薑、蒜爆香後加入西芹、刺參、日月貝放調味料大火快炒,再太白粉勾芡,淋上少許香油後完成。
