古土雞、花旗參片、清水、薑片、米酒、鹽、雞粉少許
土雞洗淨用熱水川燙1分鐘取出備用。甕中加入水、米酒、調味料、薑片、花旗參及土雞,保鮮膜封口燉3小時即可。
