立秋乾燥養眼睛

立秋至,涼風起,露降蟬鳴遍地黃,雖然時序入秋,但仍屬於盛夏季節,尤其是秋老虎一發威,熱起來要人命,所以此時,立秋養生尤為重要。由於立秋是由陽轉陰的轉折點,所以保養要以「養收」為原則,也就是要開始漸漸養陰。由於立秋氣候漸漸乾燥,容易氣燥傷肺,同時也該注意肌膚的滋潤與眼睛的保養潤燥。養陰,潤肺,名目為其保養的重點。

養生食譜—-花旗參枸杞菊花飲

菊花對眼睛疲勞視力模糊有很好的療效,枸杞則含豐富的維生素A,是一種溫和的護眼食材。搭配花旗參補氣培元的特性,功效加倍,堪稱消暑明目的升級版。將花旗參茶袋一包或參片四片(約3克),加入枸杞3克與菊花2克,放入保溫瓶用熱水燜個10分鐘,就是最好的立秋明目茶。
