秋分開胃助消化

秋季過了一半,陽光直射赤道,晝夜幾乎相等,又稱中秋。自此氣溫開始漸漸下降,一場秋雨一場寒。人的新陳代謝受到抑制,情緒容易低落,有所謂悲秋的現象,可多穿色彩艷麗的服裝多曬太陽,臨睡前泡泡腳,多補充富含維生素B的食物,都有助於改善情緒。但也因天氣漸涼胃口大開,容易放縱口腹之慾,因此這個時節是最容易發胖的!

五果花旗參茶

應景的月餅吃多了,不妨來杯解膩的五果茶,覆盆子或蔓越莓12克,麥冬9克,枸杞山楂及五味子各6克,搭配花旗參茶包一袋,放入保溫瓶用熱水燜個10分鐘,飲用時加一匙蜂蜜,微酸微甜,冷熱皆宜。
