霜降天冷顧胃腸

 霜降是秋冬過渡的開始,秋末乾燥,日夜溫差大,要注意保濕及保暖,此時也是胃病及支氣管疾病復發的高峰期,霜降時節進補,比起冬季進補更為重要,所謂「冬補不如霜降補」,關鍵在養胃補氣血,為冬季做好保養準備。 多食蜂蜜、百合、銀耳、豆漿等食材,也能達到保健美顏的功效。

鮮參陳皮燉牛肉

 將牛腱300克切小塊川燙後,同新鮮人參500克,陳皮一小片,紅棗適量,放入鍋中,加入2公升清水,煮沸後以文火煲1~1.5小時後調味食用,花旗參與紅棗皆有寧神補氣的功效,性溫的陳皮和牛肉燉煮,健脾暖胃,更有驅寒的效果。
