立冬地凍補元氣

立是開始的意思,表示冬季自此開始。立冬之日,水始冰,地始凍,要注意防寒保暖。中國北方有吃餃子南方有吃湯圓的習俗,根據中醫「天人相應之理」,進補可以溫養五臟,儲存能量以抵禦寒冬並預防疾病。冬天最重要的是早睡晚起。早睡,有利於陽氣潛藏,陰精蓄積;晚起,即待日光出來才起身,借助陽光的溫煦有利人體陽氣升發,頭腦清醒,精神飽滿。立冬是進補的好時機,但也別盲目進補,應以補而不燥為原則,以免過度進補而上火。

 

南瓜鮮參粥

材料: 白米(或小米)、南瓜、新鮮花旗參約10-15克

當令時蔬南瓜性溫味甘,具有補中益氣,活血化瘀的功效,特別適宜肥胖糖尿病患者和中老年人食用。

作法: 白米洗淨,加水10杯浸泡20分鐘,移到爐火上煮開,改小火熬粥。將南瓜去皮和新鮮參切丁隔水蒸或微波十分鐘後,倒進果汁機或調理機加入牛奶攪拌一分鐘,香濃甜美甜鹹皆宜。
