新年頭,舊年尾~大寒

24節氣走到尾聲,「小寒進臘月,大寒又一年」,這是一個新舊交替的分界點,過了大寒又是一番新氣象,恰逢年關將至,許多習俗與節慶也在大寒到立春這段時間展開,雖然大寒是寒氣之大極,但置辦年貨,除舊佈新,迎接新年的歡樂氣氛,緩解了寒冷鬱悶的情緒。

每逢農曆初二,十六是拜土地公「做牙」的日子,一般以農曆二月初二為頭牙,傳統上會準備三牲拜祭土地公,祈求事業順利,財運亨通,直到12月16即為尾牙。企業也會在臨近尾牙時宴請員工,慰勞大家一年工作的辛勞。

5c07b676944d8也是俗稱的「小年」,民間信仰中認為年底眾神會回到天庭述職,灶王爺便將這一年的人間善惡禀報給玉皇大帝,人們在這一天準備糖蜜,糕餅等供品拜祭灶王爺,一說是希望灶王爺能多少好話,另一說則是吃了糖蜜讓灶王爺嘴張不開無法告狀。

大寒養生

大寒時期,陽氣猶在潛伏,人體代謝緩慢,依舊要注意「養藏」,避免過度操勞以及情緒起伏。作息上還是要遵循「早睡晚起,必待日光」,出門時要做好防寒保暖的工作,溫差過大容易引發心血管疾病,例如:心髒病、高血壓、中風等,也要嚴防呼吸道傳染疾病的發生。

睡眠充足和適當的運動,增加自身的抵抗力,並促進血液循環,避免因寒邪引發頭痛。 「早喝人參黃耆酒,晚服杞菊地黃丸。」有益於驅寒保暖,保養心腦血管系統,多食溫性滋陰的食物,含碘、鐵、鈣的食物有助於產生熱能,提高禦寒能力,因此羊肉、桂圓、小米、海帶、糯米、胡蘿蔔,還有可以溫散風寒的辛香料:生薑、大蔥、辣椒等,以及動物的內臟,都是適合食補的選擇。
