好雨知時節 當春乃發生

雨水

 

《月令七十二候集解》:「故立春後繼之雨水。且東風既解凍,則散而為雨矣。」春風吹化了 冰雪,水氣蒸騰為雨水,細細潤澤大地萬物。節氣雨水反映了降水的情況,從這天起,天氣回暖,降雪減少,而雨量會逐漸增多,所有草木農作都在水份的滋養中甦醒,因此在農業社會中有「春雨貴如油」的說法,春耕時得到充足的雨水,便能有一整年的豐收。

 

 

元宵今年的雨水與元宵節同日,古時有俗諺「雨打元宵燈,日曝清明前」,在元宵節這天若降雨,清明節前便會缺少雨水,這真實性與南北地域的季風有關,不過元宵節不論是否下雨,不免俗地總要賞花燈和吃元宵,自漢朝開始,人們在元宵這天總會掛滿輝煌的燈火,到了唐宋,元宵燈會更是宮廷與民間的盛事,結伴觀賞華美璀璨的花燈盛會,也為未婚男女提供了一個燈光美,氣氛佳的交誼機會。在台灣東部的宜蘭,更有未婚女性在元宵節夜晚,跑進蔥農的田間偷摘葱,表示將會嫁到好老公的習俗,俗稱「偷挽葱,嫁好尪」。

調養肝脾,防倒春寒
雨水時節開始,萬物生命力正值旺盛,肝經主人體的生長,因此要保持肝氣順暢平和,就要晚睡早起,做一些溫和的運動,例如:拉筋、伸展的運動,可以疏肝解鬱,使經絡活通,呼吸春天清新的空氣,增加血液含氧量。

春天忽冷忽熱,降雨時使氣溫驟降,嚴防「倒春寒」令老人與孩童的健康受到影響,溫度突然降低使老年人容易誘發心血管疾病,小孩也容易引起呼吸系統的問題,以及受寒導致的發燒感冒。「春捂」的重點在背與腹,腹部保暖可以預防寒性腹瀉,背部是陽脈之海,做足保暖便可以降低感冒發生。
鮮蔬防噪 增甘省酸
salad-2756467_640雖然雨水帶來空氣中的濕氣,但是早春多風物躁,還是會令人皮膚乾燥、口唇乾裂,可多吃當季蔬果以補充維生素,例如春天發嫩芽的香椿、豆芽、蒜苗、豆苗、韭菜、春筍。春天也是照護脾胃的季節,食熱粥以護胃,用甘味食物養脾臟之氣,可以桂圓、紅棗、蜂蜜、西洋參來調養脾胃,幫助陽氣生發。
