許氏24節氣養生 05/06 立夏

萬物至此皆長大

cherry「立夏」象徵著夏季的開始,初夏來臨,氣溫漸漸升高,萬物進入生長旺盛的季節,「立夏嘗新」正是品嘗農作成熟,果蔬鮮美的豐盛時節。蘇州有「立夏見三新」的說法,

即初出成熟的櫻桃、青梅和麥子。南方習俗則是以紅豆、黃豆、黑豆、青豆、綠豆等五色豆和白米煮成「五色飯」,俗稱「立夏飯」。還有「立夏嘗三鮮」的說法,代表著大地在初夏時給予人類豐沛的資源,又分為地三鮮:蠶豆、莧菜、黃瓜;樹三鮮:枇杷、櫻桃、楊梅;水三鮮:鰣魚、鯧魚、黃魚,各地都有不同的三鮮代表,皆反映了當地當季的作物與文化。

egg立夏這一天起,天氣逐漸炎熱,容易產生四肢無力的疲勞感,食慾不振營養不足,特別是小孩身上格外明顯,雞蛋除了具有豐富的蛋白質,可以補充體力和營養外,外型圓整,象徵著圓滿,因此「立夏吃蛋」的習俗流傳至今,期盼著經歷炎夏的考驗,身體健康,一季平安。

 

清暑益氣 養心護胃
夏季屬火,火氣通心,心陽在夏季最為旺盛,此時應以靜來養生,保持身心平和,心境安閒,紅色的食物有助於「養心」,紅豆、番茄、胡蘿蔔、葡萄柚都是很好的選擇。此時,人體機能代謝旺盛,要多補充維生素和水分,避免高油、辛辣之物,減輕身體的負擔,夏季飲食要增酸減苦,有助於調理胃氣,補腎養肝,山藥、小麥、海產、蛋類、山楂、枇杷、楊梅、桃、梨、西瓜、香瓜、黃瓜、綠豆等,有豐富的維生素和纖維,還能幫助清熱防暑。
夏天的暑濕也容易引起濕疹、痱子等皮膚疾病,尤其流汗使毛細孔大張,此時立刻吃下冷飲或是吹冷氣,使暑邪、濕氣同時侵入體內,容易引起胸悶、頭痛、發冷等症狀的夏季型感冒,所以平時要注意防曬,避免激烈的運動或戶外活動,並從開始健脾祛濕等飲食調理。
