小滿小滿 江滿河滿 麥粒漸滿

小滿

「滿」象徵著作物飽滿豐盈,小滿即夏作稻物的榖漿逐漸充滿籽粒,與此同時,小滿雨量豐沛使農民有足夠的水源灌溉,也開始期待收成時的滿足感。同時天氣逐漸炎熱,悶熱潮濕的環境下,需要養生的重點便在健脾祛濕、清心祛暑,苦味食物具有「甘涼」、「甘寒」的特性。苦菜(苦菊)是當季的美味鮮蔬,李時珍在本草綱目中記載:「久服,安心益氣,輕身耐老。」苦中帶澀,澀中帶甜的自然野菜,入心、脾、胃三經,具有清熱、涼血和解毒的功能。最適宜在暑濕並重的小滿時節,用來調節身體機能。

小滿養心  治未病

小滿之後天氣開始轉為濕熱,使人體內熱上火,許多病症也相繼而來,如:濕疹、水腫、腳氣等,同時人體容易感到頭昏疲勞、失眠、食欲降低、四肢沉重等症狀。應該趁未發病之前做好預防的工作,使長夏的溼熱病邪無法侵入體內。

夏日炎炎,白晝時間拉長,午後小憩10~20分鐘有助於補充精力,午睡不可超過一小時,可能會引發昏沉,甚至頭痛。另外,可以經常按摩刺激「足三里穴」,使穴道感覺到腫脹痠麻,可以增強人體抵抗力,每天蹲一蹲,甩甩手,有助於通暢脾經,幫身體排除濕氣,也可以藉由飲食來清熱利濕,預防皮膚疾病的發作,薏苡仁、綠豆、冬瓜、水芹、荸薺、 藕、 黑木耳、鯽魚、草魚、鴨肉等,都是祛溼養陰的食材,也要減少攝取辛辣肥膩和助濕的食物,例如海鮮這一類的發物,容易誘發風疹。

「夏養心」-夏季燥熱因此調整心情也是養生的一環,溫和的鍛鍊和戶外活動,釣魚、種花、晨跑、太極有助於怡養性情,保持身心舒暢,白日的運動也助使夜裡好眠,千萬避免大汗淋漓,反而損陽耗陰,引發傷風感冒。
