“I have planted ginseng in Wausau, Marathon County, Wisconsin for over 46 years. During that time, I have observed the inseparable link between the environment, climate and preventative healthcare. To cultivate the mind and live a long and healthy life, we must first understand the rules and characteristics affecting change in nature. As “health maintenance shall align with time in different solar terms”, adapting our body to the cyclicality of the four annual seasons may double the effect of health preservation.
