發財樹下曬元寶

許氏2015年名廚風雲會參展食譜

[材料]

冬瓜、火腿、高湯、元貝。

[做法]

把起出冬瓜肉成粒狀,用高湯加火腿汁煨,元貝另用高湯煨透入味,用淮鹽調味的菜葉裝飾成樹,將冬瓜穿孔鑲入火腿絲,與元貝拼擺於樹下,淋上原汁。
