許氏2015年名廚風雲會參展食譜

[材料]

新鮮花旗參絲、海參絲、芹菜絲、小黃瓜、青紅黃甜椒條、鴨肉。

[做法]

將花旗參偎蜂蜜,再與其他材料切絲,均勻調拌,酌以麻油、麻醬、醬油、芥末醬汁,是可口美味的沙拉菜餚。
