處暑換季調肌膚

處暑的「處」含有躲藏終止的意思,表示炎熱的夏季將到盡頭,即將要進入秋天。但由於暑熱尚未完全退盡,不宜過多過早添加衣物,應以自身感覺不過寒為準。由於處暑後晝夜溫差較大,流感、咳嗽、腸胃不適等症狀容易出現,因此處暑時應該留意重新調配飲食習慣,夏天常吃的生冷冰涼食物應該要開始減少或戒斷。此時氣候顯著的特徵是空氣乾燥,因此養生離不開防秋燥,飲食上以昆布、干貝、鮮魚、芹菜進補,都是不錯的選擇,尤其季節交替,氣溫與濕度開始變化,皮膚是第一個知道,敏感性的疹子搔癢是最常見的。

養生食譜   玉竹麥芽花旗參茶

材料: 玉竹、麥芽、枸杞約各5-10g,花旗參茶包x1(或用約5g的花旗參片),紅棗1顆。

滋陰潤燥的玉竹,疏肝行氣的麥芽,補氣的紅棗枸杞增添香甜,搭配清熱降火的花旗參,就是秋日最好的潤膚茶,放入保溫瓶用熱水燜10分鐘,冷熱皆宜,這款茶沒有負擔,可以天天飲用。
