今日立夏 | 靜心養心 健脾養胃

立夏天方霽,閒情喜暫舒。樹深添雨潤,溪落見人疏。

立夏時節,萬物繁茂。立夏之時,北鬥星的鬥柄指向東南方,太陽黃經達45°。《曆書》有云:“鬥指東南維為立夏,萬物至此皆長大,故名立夏也。”立夏之后,日照增加,逐漸升溫,雷雨增多,農作物進入了生长旺季,茁壯成長。

古人迎夏

商朝時,在立夏這天,天子會率領三公九卿諸侯大夫,大家一起到郊外去迎候夏天的到來。《禮記·月令》中說:“立夏之日,天子親率三公、九卿、諸侯、大夫,以迎夏於南郊。還返,行賞、封諸侯,慶賜逐行,無不歡悅。”漢代沿承此俗,到宋代,禮儀更趨繁瑣。

明代始有“嘗新風俗”,如蘇州有“立夏見三新”之諺,三新為櫻桃、青梅、麥子,用以祭祖。清代還有饋贈禮品的說法。關於這種說法在清代《帝京歲時紀勝》就有記載,書中說“立夏取平時曝曬之米粉春芽,並用糖面煎作各色果疊,相互饋送”,以上均可看出古人們把立夏看作是一個非常重要的日子。

夏日“養心”,清淡飲食

從立夏開始,夏天的腳步漸漸走近。傳統中醫認為,“暑易傷氣”,“暑易入心”。夏日的高氣溫容易加劇人們的緊張心理,導致情緒煩躁不安,心火過旺。因此,從養生的角度看,立夏後,人們要順應天氣的變化,重視精神的調養,加強對心臟的保養,註意“養心”。尤其是老年人,要有意識地進行精神調養,保持神清氣和、心情愉快的狀態,切忌大悲大喜,以免傷心、傷身、傷神。

隨著天氣逐漸轉熱,飲食宜清淡,應以易消化、富含維生素的食物為主,大魚大肉和油膩辛辣的食物要少吃。立夏以後飲食原則是“春夏養陽”,養陽重在養心,可多喝牛奶、多吃豆制品、雞肉、瘦肉等,既能補充營養,又起到強心的作用。平時多吃蔬菜、水果及粗糧,可增加纖維素、維生素B、C的供給,能起到預防動脈硬化的作用。食用新鮮花旗參,養胃生津,清熱補氣。總之,立夏之季要養心,為安度酷暑做準備,使身體各臟腑功能正常,以達到“正氣充足,邪不可乾”的境界。
