干貝疙瘩湯,寒冷冬日里的Comfort Food

疙瘩湯是一道中國北方的家常湯品。這次要介紹的干貝疙瘩湯把疙瘩湯和乾貝完美結合。讓你在寒冷的冬日享受到溫暖美味的comfort food。

食材:一碗中筋麵粉,干貝,兩個雞蛋,香菜,姜,蔥

步驟:

1)將乾貝放入清水中浸泡過夜,然後放入米酒,再放入蒸鍋當中隔水蒸

2)放入一湯匙的油,等油熱了以後放入姜、蔥、干貝

3)爆鍋:在放入主料之前,先把蔥花、薑絲、蒜瓣等下鍋,用油炸出香味

4)然後加入乾貝湯和水

5)然後開始做疙瘩(注意:做疙瘩的時候一定要保持水流以水滴的方式滴到麵粉裡面)

6)然後把疙瘩下到湯裡,下的時候注意攪拌

7)蓋上鍋蓋,等待疙瘩湯煮沸

8)在湯裡加入蛋液,等蛋花成型了就可以攪動一番

9)最後放入適量海鹽
