花旗鮮參甲魚湯

增強體質靚湯:

此湯清潤可口、補肝益腎、 養陰潤肺、補而不燥,可增強體質,有助於提 升抗病能力

食材:

新鮮正野山參 (或新鮮花旗參) 60克、甲 魚半隻、雞腳6隻、紅棗4粒、蜜棗2粒、淮山20 克、龍眼肉20克、米酒1/2杯、薑3片

做法:

先將甲魚內部肥油及內臟清除乾淨,斬件;

雞腳切除指甲,分別汆燙去除血水及腥味, 取出後洗淨瀝乾;

新鮮花旗參與所有食材一同放 入鍋中,注入清水,以大火煲滾後,轉中小火煲2 小時,再轉小火續煲1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
