花旗參響螺煲雞湯

春季養生靚湯:

響螺滋陰潤燥、健脾開胃,花旗參 清熱補氣、滋補強身,最適合濕潤易疲倦的初春飲用。

食材:

花旗參片35克(或新鮮花旗參100克)、響螺肉 100克、新鮮雞1隻、雞腳6隻、豬腱300克、蜜棗3粒、 薑9片、葱白2根

做法:

響螺肉泡水至軟,切片;

雞腳切除指甲與新鮮 雞及豬腱分別放入滾水中汆燙去除血水後洗淨瀝乾;

將花旗參片及所有食材一同放入鍋中,注入清水,以大火 煲滾後,轉慢火煲3小時,下鹽調味即可食用。
