干貝蘿蔔糕

蘿蔔糕是一種中國傳統特色糕點。這篇文章為大家介紹干貝蘿蔔糕。

食材:白蘿蔔 (去皮) 850 克,油蔥酥20克,干貝(泡發) 50克,臘腸兩根,蔥20克,蝦米 20克,油 10克,水磨粘米粉250克,太白粉Cornstarch 15克,鹽1茶匙,糖1茶匙,白胡椒粉 ½茶匙,醬油1大匙,水700克(視蘿蔔的含水程度)。

步驟:

1)蘿蔔削皮後切碎(刨絲也可以),干貝泡發剝成絲,青蔥和臘腸切成小丁。

2)將油蔥酥,臘腸,蔥,干貝以及蝦米和油以小火爆香,加入切碎的白蘿蔔翻炒均勻,加入粘米粉, 太白粉,鹽,糖,白胡椒粉,醬油以及800克水,在鍋內以中小火翻炒成糊狀。

3)將粉漿到入模型中,放入電鍋中蒸80分鐘,取出放涼後就成型了。

4)蘿蔔糕成型以後就可以開始煎蘿蔔糕了。把蘿蔔糕切片成一公分厚,在平底鍋中倒入少許油,用中小火煎至兩面金黃就可以盛盤上桌囉。
