西洋菜干貝豬骨湯,清燥潤肺營養豐富

在秋冬季節容易引起​​喉嚨乾燥,許氏特別為各位介紹一款具有清燥潤肺功效的西洋菜干貝豬骨湯(Pork Bones Soup with Watercress and Dried Scallop),它不但集合了幾種有營養的食材,喝起來鮮甜可口,做法亦十分簡單。這款湯水不但營養豐富,而且喝起來鮮甜可口,非常適合一家大小飲用。

食材:西洋菜2磅,紅蘿蔔(切塊)  250克,豬骨600克,干貝4粒,淮山30克,南杏20克,中北杏10克,蜜棗2粒,薑3-4片。

步骤:

1)將西洋菜洗淨後,加少許食鹽浸泡20-30分鐘,再用清水洗淨備用。

2) 豬骨汆燙去除血水及腥味,取出後洗淨瀝乾備用。

3) 煲湯鍋注入適量的清水,大火煮沸後,將除西洋菜以外的所有食材放入鍋內,加蓋煮滾10分鐘。

4) 加入西洋菜大火煲滾後,轉小火續煲2.5小時,下鹽調味即可食用。
