花旗參五果茶

秋季過了一半,正所謂「一場秋雨一場寒」,自此氣溫開始漸漸下降。節氣進入秋分後,天氣正式變冷,人的新陳代謝受到抑制,情緒容易低落,而有所謂悲秋的現象,這時可多穿色彩艷麗的服装、多曬太陽、臨睡前泡泡腳,同時多補充富含維生素B的食物,都有助於改善情緒。但也因天氣漸涼胃口大開,容易放縱口腹之慾,因此,這個時節是最容易發胖的!

本期小廚為大家介紹一道滋潤生津又可增加新陳代謝的養生藥膳茶品花旗參五果茶,食材中選用的蔓越莓又稱小紅莓,健康價值極高,有「水果中的紅寶石」之美名,搭配養胃生津的麥冬、健胃消食的山楂、養肝明目的枸杞、補腎寧心的五味子,當然少不了秋天補氣調整身體首選的花旗參。只要將這些食材一同放入杯中,冲入熱開水,就是秋分時節最受歡迎的養生茶。在中秋佳節團圓賞月之際,吃多了應景的月餅及美食,不妨來杯幫助身體新陳代謝並可消食解膩的花旗參五果茶吧!

食材:

蔓越莓12克、 麥冬9克、 枸杞5克、 山楂6克、 五味子6克、 花旗參茶包袋、 蜂蜜適量

做法:

1. 蔓越莓、麥冬、枸杞、山楂、五味子、花旗參茶包放入熱水中加 热3分鐘,或用保溫瓶加熱水燜10分鐘。

2. 倒入杯中,加1湯匙蜂蜜即可飲用。

3.放涼後,可隨個人喜好加入蜂蜜,做成冷飲也非常受歡迎。

溫馨提示:

• 花旗參茶包也可以花旗参片取代

• 蔓越莓可以覆盆子取代。
