花旗鮮參燉水鴨

增強體質靚湯:

水鴨與花旗參同煲,補氣養陰、清 熱利水,是一道補氣提神,滋養生津的湯水。

食材:

新鮮野參(或新鮮花旗參)80克、水鴨1隻、 麥冬10克、紅棗3粒、枸杞子20克、陳皮1大塊、薑3片

做法:

水鴨在滾水中汆燙去除血水後洗淨瀝乾水分備用;

陳皮用清水浸泡至軟,刮除內面白色的苦瓢;

將所有食材一同放入鍋中,注入清水,以大火煮滾後, 轉中小火煲3小時即可。
