花膠瑤柱枸杞子燉雞腳

美顏養膚靚湯:

花膠補腎益精、滋陰潤燥、滋補養顏,最適合在乾燥的初春季節飲用。

食材:

北海道干貝10粒、雞腳10隻、花膠(小白花肚)6隻、紅棗 3粒、龍眼肉20克、枸杞子20克、薑3片、米酒1/3杯

做法:

花膠在滾水中煮2分鐘,取出後泡入冷水,放入冰箱浸泡一 夜;

干貝在冷水中浸泡1小時,干貝水留用;雞腳切除指甲,汆燙 後洗淨瀝乾;

將所有食材一同放入鍋中,注入清水,以大火煮滾後,轉中小火煲3小時即可。
