瑤柱冬瓜蓮葉去濕湯

夏季養生靚湯:

此湯有清熱去濕功效,加入蓮葉及扁豆有助消暑,在酷熱的夏天很適合飲用。

食材:

北海道干貝8粒、豬骨400克、蓮葉1/4張、冬瓜300克、薏 仁38克、白扁豆(皇帝豆)76克、赤小豆30克、薑2片、酒1/4杯

做法:

干貝放入水中浸泡約3小時,干貝水留用;

薏仁、白扁豆、 赤小豆加水浸泡隔夜;

蓮葉在溫水中浸泡約5分鐘,取出用濕布拭 淨(亦可剪成小塊);

冬瓜洗淨連皮切塊;

豬骨放入滾水中汆燙去除 血水後洗淨瀝乾;

所有食材一同放入鍋中,注入清水,以大火煮滾 後,轉中小火煲3小時即可。
