花旗參枸杞桂花凍

夏日炎炎天氣熱,熾熱陽光與高溫讓人有些懶洋洋,吃些消暑氣的甜點是很好的選擇。尤其各種涼涼果凍是最適合在夏天品嘗,而且製作簡單,無須使用烤爐烘培,家中的小朋友也能幫忙參與製作,只花少少時間,就可輕鬆製作完成。

剛好小廚家中還有去年自製的乾桂花以及新鮮花旗參,所以今天就和大家介紹這道甜品“花旗參枸杞桂花凍”。所用的食材非常簡單,其中所用的桂花香氣芬芳,具有美白肌膚、排解體內毒素、止咳化痰、養生潤肺的作用,平時大多拿來泡茶,同時也是煮甜湯或做點心時,必用的香料;加上補中益氣、清熱潤燥的新鮮花旗參及枸杞子做成的果凍,健康又美味。吃一口涼涼的果凍,淡雅的桂花清香,搭配花旗參的回甘清香,果凍的爽Q口感,是超級適合夏天的一款清爽小點心!

食材:

新鮮花旗1支、吉利丁10g(或果凍粉)、桂花適量、蜂蜜適量、枸杞子適量、冰糖適量、水450ml

做法:

1. 新鮮花旗參切片,枸杞子加水泡20分鐘備用。

2. 鍋中加入新鮮花旗參片及450ml熱水煮20分鐘。

3. 放涼後,在鍋中加入吉利丁和冰糖,以小火煮至完全溶化。

4. 自然冷卻至60度C左右,加入桂花、锋蜜及构杞子拌匀,倒入模具中,放入冰箱冷藏。

5. 待凝固後,將桂花凍反扣脫模,倒入碟中即可享用。

溫馨提示: 在不是新鮮花旗參的季節,也可選用花旗參片代替。
