花旗參西式烘蛋

本期為大家介紹一道改良自美國家庭典型的早餐Egg Casserole,非常適合全家人當成早午餐或點心的花旗參西式烘蛋。只要把冰箱中常見的食材如雞蛋、牛奶、奶酪、培根或香腸碎肉、麵包塊和其它食材加上全部攪和在一起,放入烤箱就完成了。食材內容多變,簡單好做又經濟實惠,而且味道層次很豐富、香滑可口,深受大朋友和小朋友的喜愛。感恩聖誕節將至,能跟家人和朋友一起享用美食是世界上最幸福的事,只要挑一個漂亮應節的烤盤,烤好後直接帶去朋友家Party絶對會大受好評喔!

食材:

香腸碎肉(Ground Sausage) 1磅、新鮮花旗參1支、雞蛋6 個、馬鈴薯1顆、洋蔥1顆、牛奶2 杯、吐司麵包4 片、奶酪1.5碗(馬蘇里拉奶酪&切達奶酪)、大蒜1 茶匙、鹽1 茶匙、胡椒粉1茶匙、奶油少許

做法:

1. 烤箱預熱至350°F。

2. 新鮮花旗參、馬鈴薯、洋蔥及大蒜切碎備用。

3. 鍋中放入2湯匙食用油及少許奶油,油熱後,依序放入大蒜及洋蔥爆香後,再放入新鮮參炒香。

4. 接著將香腸碎肉放入鍋中炒散,加入適量的鹽及胡椒粉調味翻炒均勻後,再加入馬鈴薯拌炒均勻。

5. 雞蛋打散後和牛奶混合均勻,放入撕成小塊吐司麵包,浸泡20分鐘或用手抓勻後,再加入做法4的食材以及1碗奶酪絲攪拌均勻。

6. 將拌好的材料倒入烤盤中,並於表面撒上半碗奶酪絲。

7. 放入烤箱,350°F烤 30 至 40 分鐘即可。

溫馨提示:

食材中的奶酪選擇拉絲的馬蘇里拉奶酪(Mozzarella Cheese ) 以及味道香濃切達奶酪(Cheddar Cheese) 一同焗烤,口感更加豐富。
