新鮮花旗參蜜片

食材:

新鮮花旗參巨大號 1磅、龍眼花蜜 (蜂蜜) 16oz

做法:

1.新鮮花旗參洗乾淨,用紙巾吸乾多餘的水分後,放入蒸鍋中隔水蒸15分鐘。蒸鍋一定要洗乾淨,不可有油,而且蒸的時間也不宜過久,以免影響口感。

2.蒸好的花旗參放涼後,斜切成花旗參片。

3.取一個乾淨的容器,先倒上一層蜂蜜,再把切好的花旗參片一片一片的平排一層,然後再加一層蜂蜜在參片上面,之後再排第二層的參片。如此一層參片一層蜜糖依序疊加,直至參片排完為止。

4.加蓋放進冰箱冷藏5天後,美味的花旗參蜜片就可以食用了。

5.除了可直接食用蜜片之外,也可取適量的花旗參蜜片,加上浸泡蜜片的水一同兌水飲用,即是一道非常養顏可口的養生飲品,而且冷熱皆宜。

溫馨提示:

在整個製造過程不可以沾到油和水,保持乾淨,食用時用乾淨的筷子拿出每次要吃的份量。
