鮮參干貝義大利麵

因為疫情問題,大家無法到餐廳享受美食,外食的機會也都大大減少,在家做飯已成生活常態,長期宅家料理三餐的煮婦煮夫們,廚藝是否都精進了不少呢?是否已經煮到没靈感了呢?參活小廚特別製作一系列西式餐點,讓大家可以換換口味。

西式餐點系列首先要登場的是:鮮參干貝義大利麵。這道以焗烤方式做出來的義大利麵,表面烤得金黃的奶酪,香味濃郁,搭配新鮮營養的食材,口感豐富有層次,絶對是大人和小孩都無法抗拒的美味。

食材:

新鮮參1支、北海道干貝4粒、蕃茄1個、三色甜椒各半顆、洋蔥1顆、新鮮香菇數朵、大蒜2粒、牛油1湯匙、橄欖油半杯、牛奶1杯、奶酪絲1碗、螺旋義大利麵1碗

做法:

1. 新鮮花旗參切粗絲備用。

2. 螺旋義大利麵煮熟後,加少許橄欖油拌勻備用。

3. 北海道干貝加水泡軟,連同泡干貝的水一同放入蒸鍋中蒸軟,撕成細絲備用。

4. 大蒜及新鮮香菇切片、蕃茄切塊、三色甜椒及洋蔥分別切絲備用。

5. 在炒鍋中放入牛油爆香蒜片及洋蔥,接著放入三色甜椒及煮熟的螺旋義大利麵拌勻後,依序放入新鮮參絲、干貝絲、新鮮香菇、蕃茄、牛奶、奶酪絲,並加入適量的鹽、黑胡椒粉調味,最後加入橄欖油拌勻。

6. 將所有食材倒入烤碗內,表面舖上一層奶酪絲,放入已預熱至350°F的烤箱中,烤20分鐘至表面奶酪融化呈金黃色即可。
