新鮮參干貝培根捲

因為疫情問題,大家無法到餐廳享受美食,外食的機會也都大大減少,在家做飯已成生活常態,長期宅家料理三餐的煮婦煮夫們,廚藝是否都精進了不少呢?是否已經煮到没靈感了呢?參活小廚特別製作一系列西式餐點,讓大家可以換換口味。

西式餐點系列IV小廚要和大家分享一道令人無法抗拒的前菜:新鮮參干貝培根捲。當鮮甜的干貝遇上香脆的培根,再加上參香十足的新鮮花旗參,不需要太多多餘的調味,就是一道宴客時可以輕鬆上桌的前菜,也是平日裏可搭配紅白酒的品酒佳餚喔!

食材: 新鮮花旗參1支、新鮮干貝12粒、培根12片、牛油2湯匙、花椰菜、大蒜片

做法:

1. 新鮮花旗參切絲備用。

2. 花椰菜撕成小朵,放入開水中加少許鹽,川燙後取出,擺盤備用。

3. 新鮮干貝外圍以培根包捲起來,並以竹籤固定。

4. 將牛油放入熱鍋中加熱至完全融化,接著加入大蒜片炒香。

5. 放入干貝培根捲煎至金黃上色,在表面灑上適量鹽及胡椒粉調味,最後加入新鮮參絲略煎即可熄火。

6. 煎好的干貝培根捲取出盛盤,最後將花旗參絲舖在最上面,即可美味上桌。
