瑤柱烤白菜

家常菜系列2,為大家分享一道非一般的瑤柱烤白菜,視頻中除了詳細示範了切白菜的刀法,同時還分享了白醬的做法,非常地簡單易學。這道瑤柱烤白菜有著中西合璧的好味道,焗烤後香氣逼人,令人無法抗拒。大家只要跟著視頻一起動手,掌握訣竅之後,您會發現烹飪原來這麼有趣!

食材:

大白菜1顆、蟹肉半碗、北海道干貝3粒、帕瑪森奶酪 (Parmesan Cheese) 粉適量、麵粉4湯匙、鮮奶半碗、牛油4湯匙、沙拉油1湯匙、高湯1碗、鹽及胡椒粉各少許。

做法:

1. 大白菜洗淨後直刀切成長塊狀,放入滾水中燙5-6分鐘後,取出瀝乾水份備用。

2. 北海道干貝加水泡軟後,入蒸鍋蒸20分鐘,撕成細絲備用。

3. 螃蟹蒸熟後,拆肉備用。

4. 炒鍋中加入牛油、沙拉油,加熱至牛油融化後,依序慢慢加入麵粉及高湯,用打蛋器以小火拌炒成均勻的糊狀。

5. 接著加入牛奶、干貝絲及蟹肉攪拌均勻,下鹽及胡椒粉調味後即可關火。

6. 先盛出半碗干貝蟹肉麵糊備用,再加入大白菜攪拌均勻後,即可盛入烤碗中。

7. 在表面淋上先前盛出的半碗干貝蟹肉麵糊,並撒下帕瑪森奶酪粉。

8. 烤碗放入已預熱至華氏350度的烤箱中,烤20分鐘至表面金黃即可。
