新鮮參素漢堡

美食料理是對生活的一種追求、一種態度,也可以是一種嗜好,更是一個家庭幸福的連繫。   生活中,最家常簡單的菜式,往往最能勾起我們食慾,許氏參活小廚將為大家介紹一系列的家常菜,利用簡單的食材,方便快捷的做法,讓我們的味蕾感受到家的味道。

今天參活小廚特別為沒有那麼愛吃肉、或是吃素的朋友們分享一道~新鮮參素漢堡,這次特別選了高纖、鬆軟的全麥小麵包來代替傳統的漢堡麵包,在漢堡中間夾入素火腿和素肉排,再搭配清爽的生菜、蕃茄、鳯梨及新鮮花旗參絲,健康味美、營養滿分,吃起來口感清爽、層次豐富,而且做法超級簡單,大家一定要試做看看喔!

食材:

迷你漢堡麵包4個、生菜1顆、新鮮花旗參1支、牛蕃茄1個、新鮮鳳梨4片、素火腿4片、素肉4片、美乃滋2湯匙、鹽及胡椒粉適量

做法:

1. 新鮮參切絲、牛蕃茄切片、鳳梨去皮切片,生菜撥開葉片洗淨瀝乾備用。

2. 鍋中倒入2湯匙油燒熱,放入素火腿及素肉煎至兩面呈金黃色後,即可盛出瀝油備用。

3. 將漢堡麵包對半切開,內面均勻抹上一層美乃滋,再逐層依序鋪上生菜、蕃茄片、鳯梨片、素火腿及素肉,均勻地撒上適量的鹽及胡椒粉。

4. 最後,在最上面加上花旗參絲,再蓋上另一片漢堡麵包,好吃又營養的素漢堡就完成了。
