白蘿蔔蕃茄雞肉螺片湯

隨著夏至到來,天氣也越發炎熱,大家的食慾都受到了影響,因此小廚要為大家推薦一道非常消暑又營養的湯品白蘿蔔蕃茄雞肉螺片湯。螺片是港式煲湯常見的食材,除了能令湯頭更加鮮甜以外,主要還有滋陰補腎、清肝潤肺、開胃消滯、養顏明目的功效,搭配富含豐富維生素C的白蘿蔔及蕃茄同煮,這道清爽鮮甜帶點微酸的開胃的湯品,絶對是夏天最受歡迎的湯品喔!

食材:

去骨雞腿肉3大片、螺片4片、白蘿蔔1條、牛蕃茄2顆、薑片3片、米酒1湯匙、鹽及胡椒粉適量

做法:

1. 螺片用清水浸泡至少2小時。

2. 雞腿肉和牛蕃茄切塊,白蘿蔔去皮切滾刀塊備用。

3. 鍋中加少許油,油熱後,加入薑片及雞腿肉煎香。

4. 加入螺片炒香,淋入米酒嗆鍋後,注入適量的清水,加蓋以大火煮滾。

5. 接著加入白蘿蔔和牛蕃茄,下鹽及胡椒粉調味,大火煮滾後,轉小火煮45分鐘。

6. 營養美味又有著迷人奶白色的白蘿蔔蕃茄雞肉螺片湯就完成了。

7. 最後,撒上少許的香菜就可上桌了。
