新鮮花旗參黃金球

前菜系列5,為大家介紹一道炸物~新鮮花旗參黃金球。提到炸物總是讓人又愛又恨,每每見到在油鍋中翻滾並“滋啦”做響的炸物,就覺得超級解壓,但是想到外面的油鍋又有些怕怕,最好就是自己在家動手,用最簡單的食材加上新鮮花旗參,做一道外層酥脆、內饀香軟的非常不一般的炸黃金球。就讓我們也偶爾忘記熱量,好好地感受一把炸物所帶來的幸福感,放肆吃一回囉!

食材: 新鮮花旗參1支、紫洋蔥半個、馬鈴薯2個、芹菜2支、麵粉1碗、蛋2個、麵包粉1碗

調味料: 鹽、胡椒、麻油、太白粉各少許

做法:

1. 馬鈴薯去皮切片,放入蒸籠中蒸熟後,壓成泥放入大碗中。

2. 新鮮花旗參、芹菜、紫洋葱切碎,放入馬鈴薯泥中,加鹽、胡椒粉、麻油及太白粉拌勻。

3. 取適量的材料,揉成適當大小的圓球。

4. 依序先沾上麵粉,再沾蛋液,最後裹上麵包粉。

5. 鍋中油燒熱後,分別放入油鍋中,炸至外表金黃上色,即可取出瀝油盛盤。
