新鮮參干貝芝麻大餅

隨著生活的多樣化,越來越多的麵食出現在我們日常的餐桌上,其中又厚又蓬鬆的芝麻香蔥大餅,一直是非常受歡迎的美味麵點之一。

今天小廚為大家示範一道升級版~新鮮參干貝芝麻大餅,做法非常簡單,在家也能輕鬆完成。 這道利用發麵做的大餅,除了在每一層發麵中,加入大量的青蔥之外,還特別加入了新鮮花旗參絲及北海道干貝,並在外層灑上芝麻。烤好後的大餅,酥脆的外層夾著芝麻香,內層則是滿滿的花旗參及青蔥的香氣,絶對讓人好吃到停不下來。

食材:

北海道干貝6粒、新鮮花旗參1支、蔥花2碗、中筋麵粉5杯、溫水1杯、酵母粉2.5茶匙、豬油1碗、牛奶1杯、糖3大匙、鹽1茶匙、胡椒粉少許、白芝麻2湯匙

做法:

1. 北海道干貝加清水泡軟後撕成細絲、新鮮花旗參切細丁備用。

2. 酵母粉在溫水中完全溶解,拌入中筋麵粉,攪拌成絮狀,加入牛奶、糖、鹽,揉成光滑的麵糰,放在容器中,蓋上保鮮膜醒置2小時。

3. 將醒好的麵糰分成兩份,取一份擀成大薄片,均勻抹上豬油,灑上少許鹽及胡椒粉,再均勻地撒上干貝絲、新鮮花旗參丁及蔥花。

4. 先將麵皮在1/3處向中間折起,並重複做法3的工序,接著再將另外1/3也向中間折疊起來,略微擀開呈長方形,並重複做法3的工序。

5. 將長方形分成3等份,兩端都向中間折起,每次折疊都要重複做法3的工序,最後折成一個正方形。

6. 麵糰整型後,折處向下,表面先抺上少許水,再均勻地灑上白芝麻,麵糰芝麻面朝下,放入已經抹好豬油的烤盤中。

7. 烤盤移入已經預熱至華氏350度的烤箱中,烤15分鐘,待表面膨起呈金黃色,翻面再烤10分鐘即可。
