燕窩薑汁撞奶

寒冷的冬天來了,涼颼颼的天氣,一碗暖心又暖胃的滋潤甜品,總能給人帶來快樂的心情。

今天就讓小廚為大家介紹一道驅寒䁔胃又滋潤的甜品~燕窩薑汁撞奶。 薑汁撞奶是一道經典的中式甜品,香濃的牛奶與稍微辛辣的薑中和到一起,奶香馥郁、細膩綿滑,微辣香甜的口感風味獨特,而燕窩則是老少皆宜的養生聖品,兩相結合,讓微嗆微辣的薑味與香濃奶香的雙重口感,搭配滑潤順口、滋潤養顏的燕窩,碰撞出的絕妙好滋味,肯定能把您深深的吸引住,同時讓您不再手腳冰冷,帶給您一個不一樣的冬天喔!

食材:

南洋白燕盞2盞、冰糖2湯匙、薑汁8湯匙、牛奶4碗、糖4湯匙

做法:

1. 燕盞放入乾淨的碗中,加入冷開水浸泡4~6小時,放入小燉盅,加水及冰糖隔水燉40分鐘。

2. 生薑刷洗乾淨,用磨薑板磨成薑泥,倒入紗布袋中擠出薑汁,每個瓷碗中放入兩湯匙薑汁。

3. 鮮奶倒進小鍋中,可依個人喜好加入適量的糖,用慢火加熱,期間需要持續攪拌以避免燒焦,加熱至攝氏80度 (華氏176度) 。

4. 待溫度降至攝氏75度左右時,趁熱將鮮奶快速「撞」入盛薑汁的瓷碗中,不要移動,讓鮮奶靜置5-10分鐘至牛奶凝結。

5. 最後,將燉好的冰糖燕窩舖在薑汁撞奶的表面,一道滋潤養顏、香醇絲滑的燕窩薑汁撞奶就大功告成了。
