新鮮參藥燉排骨

在這冷颼颼天氣裏,會特別想喝一些溫暖養身的湯品,因此,每到秋冬時節,很多人都會煮一鍋藥膳溫補一下身子,其中在台灣各大夜市擁有超高人氣的「藥燉排骨」可是米其林推薦台灣夜市必點美食之一喔!

今天小廚就為大家介紹這道做法簡單、滋補養身的新鮮參藥燉排骨,加了新鮮花旗參的藥燉排骨溫潤不燥熱,有中藥的香味,但不會有濃烈苦澀的中藥味,入口溫潤甘甜,立馬驅散寒意。趕快來煮一鍋,讓熱呼呼滋補養身的藥膳湯暖活我們的全身吧!

食材:

新鮮花旗參、排骨、薑片、米酒、當歸、白芍、川芎、熟地、桂枝、茯苓、黃耆、黑棗、杜仲、甘草、紅棗、枸杞子(或至中藥行購買搭配好的藥材)

做法:

1. 將除了紅棗及枸杞以外的所有中藥材洗淨,加適量的水,用小火燉煮3小時,去除藥材湯汁瀝出備用。

2. 新鮮花旗參切粗條,排骨切塊,川燙後洗淨瀝乾備用。

3. 將燉煮好的藥材湯汁放入鍋中,依序加入2片薑、排骨、紅棗、新鮮花旗參及米酒再燉30分鐘。

4. 起鍋前加入枸杞子即可,也可依個人喜好加入少許鹽調味。
