新鮮花旗參年糕夾

民以食為天,谷為國之寶,稻米素為中國人的主食,而糯米是稻米的一種,不但有補血、健脾及禦寒的功效,同時也因其香黏軟糯的口感,常被用以製成各式風味小吃,可甜可鹹,五花八門,深受大家喜愛。

今天小廚要利用新鮮花旗參及糯米,為大家變化出一道特別的美食~新鮮花旗參年糕夾。做法非常簡單,只要在兩片甜年糕中間夾入一片新鮮花旗參,再沾上蛋汁煎至兩面金黃即可。由於在甜年糕中夾了新鮮花旗參片,入口時除了甜年糕的甜、香、糯以外,還吃得到新鮮花旗參獨有的參香及鮮脆的口感,一點都不膩口。大家趕緊動起來,嚐嚐這道幸福感爆棚的美食吧!

食材:

新鮮花旗參1支、甜年糕1塊、雞蛋1個

做法:

1. 新鮮花旗參切薄片,雞蛋放在碗中打勻備用。

2. 甜年糕切成約0.5公分的薄片,第一刀不要切斷,第二刀切斷呈雙飛片,成為年糕夾。

3. 在年糕夾中,夾入一片大小適中的新鮮花旗參片。

4. 鍋中刷上一層底油,燒熱後,將沾有蛋液的花旗參年糕夾排入鍋中,用中小火煎至兩面金黃。

5. 甜而不膩的花旗參年糕夾就完成了。
